Overall, staff seemed: Supportive of my COVID precautions
Our tech at EcoCare is named Jimmy and he has been working with us for yearssss dealing with so many different kinds of SE critters. Today when my husband texted ahead to ask if he had been sick so we could cancel if so, he offered, unprompted, to wear a mask. Not sure if he’s a surgical or KN95-er but I feel confident he would be willing to wear something offered if folks prefer. He is the kindest most lovely human and was beyond compassionate when we had rats and I had a 2 month meltdown. 🙂
No idea if other techs are as flexible and willing but have had nothing but great experiences with their office staff and techs in general.
